Owner Profile:
A transplanted Brit, Chef Tony Muncey is an Honors Graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He has worked as a Chef in NYC Hotels and Restaurants, Sodexho-Marriott as well as in Product Development with Nestle, USA.
The World of Foods is brought to life at VIR under his supervision. You can choose from his specialties such as Mango Curry Chicken Salad, Honey Ginger Grilled Salmon or Grilled Vegetable Baguettes and other items too numerous to mention.
